NTM is useful for the people that have a internet plan with a limit, and moreover the exceed traffic is expensive.<br \/>\nNTM is write in python and is a open source software, the license is the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.opensource.org\/licenses\/gpl-2.0.php\">GNU GPL v2<\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong>Some characteristics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choice of the interface to monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Period to monitoring: Day, Week, Month, Year or Custom Days.
